Emergency surgery for Bella the rescue pup

We recently rescued Bella from a terrible hoarding situation. Despite everything she's been through, she is the sweetest, most gentle dog you will ever meet. Unfortunately, the vet discovered a severe hip dysplasia that is causing her immense pain and making it nearly impossible for her to walk. The orthopedic surgery required to fix her hip is highly specialized and costs over $4,000. We want to give Bella the pain-free, happy life she was always denied.
