At Hopevero, we strive to ensure that your donations reach the intended recipients securely. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Because donations are immediately made available to the campaign organizer, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
If you believe a campaign is fraudulent, please report it to our Trust & Safety team immediately. If our investigation confirms fraud, we will work with our payment processor to issue refunds to all affected donors.
If you made a donation by mistake (e.g., entered the wrong amount), please contact support within 24 hours. We will attempt to process a refund before the funds are transferred to the organizer's bank account.
